Breakfast decor location

Wife was not comfortable on her bed

Everything was perfect during 7 days, liked its magnificent location next to the old quarter of town, the centre of old Palma, and the spectacular cathedral. The breakfast was plentiful and generous with local products, and the staff were customer-facing....  

Excellent location, central but on a quiet pedestrian street. Relaxed courtyard breakfast sets it apart from other hotels. Beware you need to be prepared to carry your bags up the alleyway and then possibly up to 3 flights of stairs....  

The location was excellent.

I think not having anyone to carry heavy cases up three flights of steep stairs is a bit much for elderly guests

Totally very good stay for a first visit to Palma. Incredible location for our visit to a historic palace not too far from the hotel. And right by the centre of the old town of Palma, great shopping,...  

We loved the location. The staff were great, always helpful.

Our room overlooked the courtyard, so we found it a little noisy first thing in the morning when they were setting up for breakfast.

Location was excellent for the port area and local restaurants and very close to bus and train terminals. Lovely old building tastefully decorated and furnished, with a stunning central courtyard for breakfast, Very...  

Unlimited breakfast plenty of meals.

Modern units with 4 poster bed as well as excellent shower, and excellent staff. Stunning interior design;))

The continental breakfast was plentiful with local products and served in the patio.

A fantastic location at a great price. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely go again if the price remains the same.

My only comment would be the breakfast - it was adaquate but I think it is a shame that cheap and nasty juices are offered when the Island has an abundance of oranges, I feel it would make a big difference to have freshly squeezed orange and lemon juice after all it is a big selling point for Mallorca and people remember those things.

excellent location, outstanding hotel entrance, coutyard and room, clean and well appointed room. very historic and typical courtyarded building. good coice hotel for a reasonable rate.

the insulation between rooms was poor. the breakfast was not very good.

The Hotel Born turned out to be a very pleasant surprise! We only stayed 1 night, unfortunately, but everything was higher than my expectations when I was booking the hotel. I loved the atmosphere of an old castle, the hotel has a beautiful design,...  

Amazing and historical building with a lovely central courtyard where we had breakfast, which was fantastic and plentiful. The staff were very good and there was no problem with us arriving very late and then leaving...  

It was very impressive - originally built as a palace and rooms very chic and comfortable.

The only downside was as rooms around courtyard noise reverberated quite a lot and early morning generator from kitchen could be heard in our first floor room very clearly. Not so bad if all shutters closed but as it was warm we wanted fresh air!!!
